To do list:

  • Do some yoga everyday
  • have a positive attitude towards work
  • spend less time watching Netflix, going on social media
  • be present
  •  journal the bad thoughts away
  • listen to more music
  • be a better girlfriend or else let him go
  • control anger
  • think before I speak

  1. Once we move back to the Mainland, I wanna do some traveling around the states! It’s nice to have someone to talk about colitis issues with! I feel like most ppl think they know what we’re going through but they really don’t. Lol.
